Job DescriptionYour Future Team: As part of our company's growth and development, you will work as a Project Management Engineer for our client in the Defense sector, reporting to our Commercial Engineer, Laurent.
Your Responsibilities: Your daily tasks include:
- Establish and guarantee the calendar and financial engagement framework of projects:
- Develop a Work Breakdown Structure compatible with the contractual breakdown of the project,
- Create a detailed budget,
- Build a project timeline in our company's planning system,
- Analyze purchase requests and verify consistency with the budget.
- Measure project progress and predict outcomes:
- Conduct cost analysis,
- Assess physical progress and update remaining work in schedules,
- Manage critical path and timeline margins,
- Evaluate and consolidate expenses at completion,
- Report cost and timeline information to project teams.
- Support for Project Management teams
- Assist in costing work packages,
- Help with activities scheduling,
- Support in analyzing capacity/skill variances, suggesting corrective actions and monitoring.
Your Strengths and Prerequisites for Success:
- Graduated in engineering, with additional training in project management,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management,
- Previous experience as a complete PMO, managing project timelines, costs, resources, and risks,
- Proficient in planning with Sciforma tool,
- Employment subject to government background check.
