As our Product Analytics Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our technical vision and leading the charge on multiple challenges. You'll manage and grow our Product Analytics Frontend team, directly managing 4-6 engineers, and define our frontend technical roadmap in alignment with product goals and the frontend team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the Product Analytics Frontend team, directly managing 4-6 engineers.
- Define our frontend technical roadmap in alignment with product goals and the frontend team.
- Work with our design systems team to create a visual identity and simple patterns for product analytics use cases.
- Participate in hands-on work: Code reviews, design reviews, and some coding.
Requirements:
- A Software Engineer at heart with previous experience leading software engineering teams, as a tech lead or people manager.
- An excellent leader with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Interested in working on an early-stage project with many challenges to solve and a fast iteration cycle.
- A strong technician, particularly with TypeScript and React.js, who is interested in remaining a hands-on leader.
