About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Casino Business Insights Analyst to join our team at Sporty Group. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Possess previous experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role with a focus on data analysis and strategic marketing.
  • Have analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and segmentation techniques.
  • Possess a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Have previous experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Possess the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
