As a Data Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in this mission, leveraging your technical acumen to illustrate how our Data Intelligence Platform can address intricate data challenges faced by our clients. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating closely with both technical and business leaders to shape and execute their Data and AI strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with clients within your designated territory, delivering both technical and business value in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Act as a specialist in big data analytics, inspiring clients about the capabilities of Databricks. You will evolve into a 'champion' and trusted consultant on various aspects of architecture, design, and implementation, facilitating the successful adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Promote best practices in your area of expertise by creating reference architectures, instructional content, and demonstration applications. Additionally, contribute to building the Databricks community in your region through workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
- Enhance your knowledge to become a technical and industry expert.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working with clients, crafting narratives, aligning agendas with business priorities, and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Proficient in use case identification, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs tailored to diverse audiences, demonstrating the ability to adjust technical depth as needed.
- Hands-on experience with Big Data Analytics technologies, including expertise in developing complex proofs-of-concept and familiarity with public cloud platforms.
- Preferred: Cloud certification from AWS, Microsoft, or GCP, or relevant experience. Databricks experience or certifications are advantageous.
- Proficient coding skills in a core programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala) with a foundational understanding of Apache Spark architecture; hands-on skills are beneficial for this role.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and internal events/trainings (up to 20-30%).
- Fluency in French is required.
