Company Overview

Leveraging our proprietary hardware and software solutions, we operate satellites, fly customer payloads onboard, and handle entire space missions from end to end. This significantly reduces the lead-time and risk associated with traditional space missions.

Our standard interface enables us to fly multiple customer payloads on the same satellite, offering capabilities such as earth imagery, weather & climate /science data collection, IoT connectivity, in-orbit demonstrations, and national security missions. Our customers trust us to manage their space infrastructure, allowing them to focus on what matters most: operating their mission and collecting their data.

We are an international company scaling up quickly across offices in San Francisco, CA, Golden, CO, and Toulouse, France.

Job Description

As a Virtual Mission Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of space missions, working closely with our customers to scope, plan, test, and deploy their applications on orbit. You will assess the scope, level of effort, and risk associated with developing and deploying software-based customer missions.

This role requires technical project, program, or mission management experience working with cross-functional development teams. You must be able to filter, distill, and communicate key information for the right audience and craft effective communication artifacts.

You should have experience with software development and deployment, as well as specific experience in embedded software development and deployment in an operational environment. Working with international teams and customers is also essential.
