Your objective: Integrate AI into AssessFirst and enhance our existing expertise.
Your responsibilities: Apply scientific principles and machine learning methodologies to transform AssessFirst into a comprehensive learning platform, while developing advanced algorithms to forecast job-related outcomes.
To achieve this, you will need to:
- Collaborate with behavioral scientists to determine essential data for understanding and predicting human potential and performance;
- Create an efficient and automated data gathering strategy within the AssessFirst application;
- Utilize statistical techniques and analytical models to prepare, analyze, and uncover trends and patterns in data;
- Design and implement robust and innovative machine learning solutions and algorithms for both current and future AssessFirst offerings;
- Assess the effectiveness, performance, and constraints of the developed algorithms;
- Produce production-ready code for practical application by our development team;
- Partner with our engineering team to deploy and enhance models at scale;
- Contribute to the optimization of our data science pipeline from exploration to deployment;
- Stay informed on advancements in scientific research and other valuable sources to identify emerging trends in machine learning techniques.
You will be part of the Science team, which includes Emeric (Head of Science), Konrad (Psychometrician), and Jianqiu (Data Engineer). You will also collaborate closely with the entire product team and the engineering team.
What we require...- Fluency in both English and French;
- Expertise in search engines/recommenders and natural language processing;
- Proficiency in Python (knowledge of R is an advantage);
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Spark/MLlib;
- Understanding of Elasticsearch;
- Experience with AWS.
