NXP Semiconductors is seeking a skilled IP Validation Architect to join our Automotive Radar center in Toulouse. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing solutions that enable cars to sense their environment for advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining validation plans for all mmWave IPs of RADAR front-end
  • Defining validation benches environment and measurements conditions
  • Supporting creation of new measurements techniques and environments
  • Supporting junior team members development
  • Supporting project and customers for their platform development and use of our chips
  • Technical leadership including hands-on validation execution

Your Profile

  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering
  • 10+ years' experience in relevant industry
  • Proven RF Validation technical leadership competence as Validation lead or Validation Architect
  • Strong background on high frequency measurements techniques and related parameters
  • Experience in lab instrument automation would be a benefit
  • Capability to understand complex systems, easily hovering between detailed assessment and high-level overview
  • Fluent in English language both oral and written to work in an international environment with colleagues around the world
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Open to new ideas and have a creative attitude
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
