The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) serves as the central hub for our corporate activities, providing essential guidance and support to our global subsidiaries. Role Overview:
As part of the IT department within GIE AXA Service, you will join the IT Excellence team, which specializes in Architecture, Development, and Cloud expertise.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Define and maintain technical roadmaps for distributed infrastructures (Windows, Linux, VMWare, Network).
    • Evaluate and review technical architecture in alignment with AXA entities' requirements.
    • Develop and uphold Technical IT procedures (Change Management, Technical Debt).
  • Governance:
    • Participate in technical governance meetings (ASB, GLAC).
    • Lead the Change Management Board for GIE 3.
  • Infrastructure and Cloud Management:
    • Oversee incident management for local infrastructure.
    • Manage technical debt across all platforms.
    • Conduct remediation and patching tasks according to AXA's standard baselines.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead the Change Advisory Board for AXA GIE with subject matter experts (Security, Workplace, Architecture).
    • Assess normal and standard changes and their impacts.
    • Generate and distribute reports.
    • Assist users with Change Methodology and processes.
  • IT for IT:
    • Own and support tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
    • Contribute to new projects involving local infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and container technologies (OpenShift, OpenPaaS).
  • Technical Skills Oversight:
    • Follow up on technical position interviews.
    • Provide BAU technical support for Project Managers (SSL certificates, DNS, domain names whitelisting, SSO deployment).
