FCAI, a leading procurement services provider to the Construction, Energy, and Services sectors, is seeking a Product Owner to join our team in a dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps
  • Drive product development and delivery, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, fostering open communication and trust
  • Continuously analyze and improve product development processes, identifying areas for optimization and innovation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering successful products

Desirable Skills:

  • Project management methodologies knowledge, including Agile and Scrum
  • Experience with project and backlog management tools, such as Jira and Trello
  • Knowledge of data analysis and performance tracking tools, including PowerBI and Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
