Scaffolding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolding Specialist to join our Maintenance Core Crew for ongoing work on various sites across the Pilbara and South-West regions.

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures
• Install and maintain tube and fitting systems
• Set up and operate system scaffolding (At-Pac, Kwikstage)
• Conduct material take-offs for access structures, suspended scaffolds, birdcages, and independent structures
• Perform tagging and inspections to ensure scaffold structures meet safety and compliance standards
• Assist with rigging duties associated with crane lifts
• Remove chutes, screens, and loads to support maintenance and shutdown works
• Participate in risk assessments and contribute to pre-start and toolbox meetings
• Perform other general duties as required by operational management

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A High Risk Work License
• A Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights ticket (within 2 years)
• 2 years of experience in a similar role (desirable)
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol screens
