Human Resources Specialist

The Specialist - Human Resources plays a key role in supporting the HR team in account management responsibilities, with a focus on employee relations. This role is critical in helping us achieve our business objectives while upholding sound human resources practices.

1. Assist the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Support the implementation of HRIS systems and processes to ensure seamless data management and reporting.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive business growth.
4. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
