**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer to join our team at microTECH Global LTD. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing signal integrity and power integrity solutions for our high-speed digital and RF systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement signal integrity and power integrity simulation models for feasibility, floor planning, and post-layout phases of our SoC/package/PCB designs.
- Collaborate with our systems team, IC/HW design team, and layout team to identify and resolve signal integrity-related issues.
- Design and simulate power delivery networks (PDNs) to ensure reliable power delivery to our high-speed interfaces.
- Perform signal integrity and timing margin simulations for LPDDR/LPDDR and other high-speed interfaces.
- Verify simulation results against measurements and update our SIPI design and analysis flow.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in signal integrity and power integrity at the system level of high-speed digital and RF systems.
- Solid understanding and experience in electromagnetics modeling and transmission line theory.
- Excellent experience in SIPI simulation of PCIe Gen4/5, DDR4/5, LPDDR4/5, etc.
- Proficiency in SIPI sim tools, such as HFSS, Q3D, ADS, HSPICE, PowerSI, PowerDC, etc.
- Working experience in design tools such as Cadence Allegro and Spectre.
- Hands-on experience in electrical/design validation/compliance testing using high-speed scopes, TDR, and VNA.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in RF system design (DAC and ADC) is a plus.
- Experience in scripting Python is a plus.
- People management experience is a plus.
