Job Title: PSSP Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate administrative operations and collaborate with the medical staff

- Oversee documentation and guarantee adherence to regulations and medical guidelines
- Schedule appointments for beneficiaries
- Prepare medical documentation and other official communications
- Support members and healthcare providers by supplying information and assistance
- Perform data entry related to healthcare activities
- Engage in general service duties as required
- Maintain and update performance dashboards
- Meet qualitative and quantitative objectives established by management
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare sector
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing workflow effectively
- Knowledgeable about relevant legislation and management practices
- A collaborative team member with strong interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility
- Demonstrated accountability and adherence to deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
