Some of the highlights of this role include:
- Managing pre-payroll, on-cycle payroll, and off-cycle payroll processes
- Extracting and providing T&A data to payroll providers
- Validating payroll results and providing approvals for final pay credits
- Annual payroll reconciliation and new Payroll Year preparation
- Ensuring timely Social Insurance Tax Payment and Reporting
- Managing advance payments
- Adjusting basic time configuration of systems
- Tracking vendor deliverables and payroll metrics
- Identifying and mitigating risks in the payroll delivery process
- Supporting the Payroll team lead in providing data and clarifications to audit questions
- Managing the timely submission of RICC controls
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Solid experience in managing payroll and Time & Attendance processes in a complex international organization
- Knowledge of compliance and legal regulations for payroll and benefits
- Broader HR Operations experience and exposure to an outsourced payroll model
- Ability to engage and mobilize diverse local HR stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced project environment
- Resilience and ability to handle uncertainty and change
- Collaborative working style and teamwork
- Fluency in English and French
- Highly analytical approach with a strong eye for detail
