- Manage our programs and operations, including budgeting, financial management, and human resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including governments, donors, and partners.
- Oversee the development and implementation of our programs, ensuring they are effective and sustainable.
- Lead our team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to achieve our goals.
- 10+ years of experience in international development, with a focus on leading complex projects and initiatives.
- Experience in managing teams, budgets, and operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including governments, donors, and partners.
