As a vital member of the management team, reporting directly to the Plant Director, you will be instrumental in improving safety and environmental standards.
- Oversee and manage health, safety, and environmental protocols
- Assist management in establishing and tracking safety and environmental initiatives
- Lead the efforts towards achieving ISO 14001 certification
- Maintain collaborations with regulatory bodies and certification agencies
- Supervise a team member and an apprentice
Candidate Profile: A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety with a minimum of 3-4 years of pertinent experience in sectors such as food production, automotive, or construction. Must be solution-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator.
