Technical Solution Architect for Warehouse Management Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Architect to join our Warehouse Management Systems team at Sephora USA, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge Warehouse Management solutions to maximize the potential of our distribution centers (DCs) across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Warehouse Management solutions using Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive solution design and interfaces
  • Optimize Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions to meet DC operations requirements
  • Establish coding standards and best practices for Supply Chain Engineering Teams
  • Utilize new technologies such as AI/ML and Big Data to deliver timely information to DCs

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems, with a focus on developing and extending JDA and Blue Yonder Warehouse Management
  • 7+ years of experience with new versions of WMS/Blue Yonder integrating with advanced Warehouse Automation systems
  • Strong understanding of Distribution/Warehouse integrations with ERPs such as SAP
  • Hands-on coding expertise in JDA WMS, MOCA, PL/SQL, Java
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
