Key Responsibilities:
Experimental Design and Execution:
- Conduct cellular biology experiments, including maintenance of cell lines and pharmacological screening of small compounds using various techniques such as flow cytometry, NanoBRET, and High Content Analysis.
- Perform molecular biology tasks, including DNA/RNA extraction, cloning, and mini-maxi plasmid preparation.
- Engage in protein expression and purification using E. Coli and Baculovirus expression systems, as well as liquid chromatography.
- Conduct in vitro pharmacology studies, including enzymology and pharmacological screening of small compounds using fluorescence/luminescence-based assays.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to inform research decisions.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results.
Facility and Resource Management:
- Manage facility and consumable stocks to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to advance research projects.
- Communicate research findings and results to colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a laboratory setting.
