The Role
We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team, responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life through print and box design. This role involves creating visually stunning designs, including layouts, workbooks, swag, and brochures, all while staying within predetermined budgets.
The primary focus of this position is to satisfy clients with beautiful, on-brand designs that meet their image requirements.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in packaging companies, with a strong understanding of brand images
- Excellent communication skills with various teams
- Fast learner with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Knowledge of current trends in graphics, images, colors, and logos
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Desirable experience in swag type products, printing, or box production
- Self-motivated and proactive in providing an exceptional client experience and being a trusted subject matter expert for our internal team
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage client projects end-to-end
- Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to lead and contribute to the team's success
- Follows established best practices while suggesting new ideas and seeking innovative solutions
