Your Role: Credit Management and Data Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Credit Management and Data Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health of our operations by managing client accounts and maintaining accurate data records.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor client accounts and collections, taking proactive steps to optimize cash flow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to address any outstanding payments or account issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records in accounting systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify and rectify data quality issues within client and vehicle databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and enhance data management practices.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of legal frameworks related to credit management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
