Job Title: Assistant Reception Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Reception Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relay directives and priorities to the reception team and coordinate with other services to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the Reception Manager in organizing and managing reception, including the coordination of room assignments, transfers, and other guest requests.
- Participate in the management of the reception till, valuables, and rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Train and support the reception team to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to Club Med's quality standards.
- Apply Club Med's quality standards, hygiene, and safety rules to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Promote internal sales and control requests, comments, and incidents from guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma in Tourism or Hotel Service preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin or French is an added value.
