Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer Data Protection to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a key member of our Compliance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's activities comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular regulatory monitoring and analysis to ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to develop and implement data protection policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on data protection best practices and procedures.
- Conduct data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and risk analyses to identify potential data protection risks.
- Develop and maintain data protection training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in data protection laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in law, data protection, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data protection compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
