1/ POSITION OVERVIEW

Oasis Smart SIM specializes in delivering eSIM Operating Systems and Subscription Management solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Service Providers, and Mobile Network Operators globally. With a commitment to pioneering technology and a focus on the evolving needs of eSIM, Oasis aims to establish itself as a leading provider of embedded SIM OS and activation solutions for secure elements in connected devices. In light of our expansion, we are actively seeking to recruit R&D Software Engineers to join our team in Aix-en-Provence, France. Candidates should possess a robust background in smart card technology and embedded software development. As a Lead Embedded Security and Cryptography Software Engineer, you will bring your expertise in embedded cryptography and secure software to our R&D team of specialists. Your primary responsibilities will include the development, support, and maintenance of the Oasis HeliOS Operating System for SIM, eSIM, and iSIM.

2/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Engage primarily in the development of secure and/or cryptographic software or the integration of libraries

• Assess requirements, draft architectural and functional specifications, and estimate workloads

• Develop secure embedded software (C, Java Card, ASM) for new features and/or maintain existing operating systems

• Conduct software validation (unit tests, functional testing, benchmarks, etc.)

• Provide support (documentation, customer assistance, etc.)

• Participate in the security certification process (Common Criteria, GSMA, etc.)

3/ EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION


• MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science or Electronics with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience

4/ SKILLS


• Proficient in programming languages: C, Java Card, ASM

• Strong understanding of ARM/RISC-V architecture, Cryptography, Security Countermeasures, and the Security Certification process (Common Criteria, EMVCo, etc.), as well as experience with Smart Card or Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) or Secure coding practices

• Proficient in professional English (reading, writing, speaking)
