Job Title: Programming Technician

Enedis is seeking a skilled Scheduling Specialist to join their team. As a Programming Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating customer and network interventions, ensuring efficiency and performance. Your tasks will include collecting and analyzing intervention requests, scheduling activities for site preparers, assisting technicians during interventions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule customer and network interventions
• Analyze intervention requests and optimize scheduling
• Assist technicians during interventions and ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate with site preparers to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

• Hold or be completing a high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge in the field of electrotechnics is a plus
