FPSO Hull Package Delivery Service

Context

The Angola Block 20 development involves production by subsea wells to a spread moored FPSO with a contextualized Technical Referential. The service holder shall provide support to the supervision and approval of the EPSCC Contractor and subcontractors' work for a FPSO (VLCC sized) conversion project.

Rhythm: Service Location:

Residential: 5 days of Service per week

Service located at EPCC contractor/subcontractor offices in France and then to the Shipyard in Nantong China.

Period Start date: (negotiable) Duration: 1 year renewable Activities

Oversee the Hull engineering related activities performed by the EPSCC Contractor and its subcontractors.

Timely review and comment on engineering documents and consolidate comments related to the Hull deliverables; liaise with other engineering specialist(s) and stakeholders as required.

Oversee and review plans for delivery of equipment for the Hull.

Establish and follow up contractor's verification of equipment packages.

Oversee the construction and integration activities of Hull and other packages.

Contribute to planning and executing Hull and follow-up activities.

Oversee the mechanical completion and commissioning activities of Hull and related packages/systems.

Oversee and review Classification approval for the Hull.

Oversee and review the Hull conversion construction activities are compliant with the design.

Promptly respond to engineering clarifications, request for deviations and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and proficient approach.

During execution, create and manage related site queries (SQs), technical queries (TQs), Non-conformance Reports (NCRs).

Ensure proper reporting, highlighting critical issues to the Hull Manager and proposing remedial actions.

Track MTO qualities and BOQs for the Hull package and provide regular reporting.

Deliverables

The service holder shall manage the supervision and approval of the activities related to the Hull carried out by the EPSCC contractor and its subcontractors, focusing on the successful and timely execution of the project.

Technical Requirements
  • Knowledge in Hull Engineering, Procurement, Construction activities in Oil & Gas projects.
  • Confirmed Expertise in Vessel delivery Shipyard /CTR supervision in Oil & Gas projects.

Experience in FPSO Construction Projects.

  • Rigorous and solution orientated expertise to task completion.
  • Organization, communication, leadership and transverse coordination expertise for task completion
  • Languages of the service: English mandatory
