Investment Banking Analyst Intern Technology Energy Transition

Bryan, Garnier & Co, an international full-service growth-focused independent investment bank, is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished student to join our Investment Banking Department as an Analyst Intern in the Technology and Energy Transition team.
About the RoleAs an Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the deal team in the execution of transactions, including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies. Your duties will include:
- Drafting client presentations, including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, and valuation books
- Performing company financial analyses, modeling, and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.)
- Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking)
- Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor's lists, etc.
Our Technology and Smart Industry team in Paris is composed of experienced bankers who have completed over 50 transactions with a cumulated deal value of €4bn. The team is divided into two sub-teams: Technology and Smart Industry. The Technology team focuses on M&A transactions, while the Smart Industry team focuses on growth financing and IPOs.

- Exceptional academic record coupled with achieved work-life balance
- Strong interest in investment banking and the sectors covered (Technology, Energy Transition & Sustainability, Industrial Tech)
- Ability to think broadly about a range of strategic issues confronting a company and its management
- Quantitative and analytical acumen combined with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Professional English speaking and writing skills for cross-border deals/teams
