Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Engineer. As a key member of our Engineering & Construction team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project strategies, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE rules and regulations, and contribute to the definition of project objectives and baseline values.
- Manage project costs, quality, lead times, and technical performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, consulting engineers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Contribute to contract management and ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Lead and manage teams of up to 4 people, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Produce regular project reports, and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent, with experience in conducting DB projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
