About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the SMQTCE results of the Electrical Treatment line, ensuring the quality and performance of the line, and optimizing the capacity of the equipment. They will also be responsible for managing the operation of the line, including production, maintenance, industrialization, and process engineering, as well as ensuring the occupational safety of every person working in the area.
Key Responsibilities- Manage SMQTCE results of the Electrical Treatment line
- Manage operationally all the people in the Electrical Treatment line
- Apply, run, and ensure all ACC management routines are implemented to control the operations of the line
- Continuously stabilize and improve working processes to achieve the best level of industrial performance of the line
- Ensure the quality of the products and sub-products produced on the line
- Deliver every day the required production output defined by Supply Chain
- Optimize the capacity of the equipment of the line
- Guarantee that all the equipment runs at targeted cycle time
- Control and reduce every production cost
- Work continuously to reduce waste, water consumption, and non-added value activities
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Engineering (industrial or electrical engineering)
- Process Engineering
- Problem-Solving (PDCA, 6-sigma)
- 10 years of experience in production management (line, plant)
- Project Management
- Fluent in French and English
- Agility
- Experience in starting or ramping up a new plant
Automotive Cells Company - ACC is one of Europe's newest and most exciting high-tech companies, backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis, and Mercedes-Benz. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the-art facility in Nouvelle Aquitaine, France, and we are building gigafactories in Germany and Italy, in addition to the one already built in Hauts de France.

Our process usually involves 3 interviews: 2 technical and one HR.
