About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead our APAC region, driving financial excellence and supporting business growth. As a key member of our Management and Statutory Reporting Department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage financial reporting, including monthly and annual closings, and ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS
- Lead the finance organization, including hiring and managing accountants and designing financial processes
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal auditors to ensure audit recommendations are implemented
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
- Manage and comply with local reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and external partners
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting, with 5 years in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including IFRS and local GAAP
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluent in English
