About the Role

The EMEA Product Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through market intelligence, focused market/competitive analysis, product positioning, development of marketing plans, product launches, and training in coordination with the Sales organization.

This is a highly strategic position in the EMEA Marketing organization, managing key strategic products FARAWAVE and the yet to launch FARAWAVE Nav PFA ablation technology.

The successful candidate will help the EMEA organization maximize market penetration and gain share for this exciting Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Assist in the development and execution of EMEA market strategies, identify clinical/market trends, and suggest new product/marketing opportunities.
  • Product/Market Management: Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing training for the sales force, facilitating Physician to Physician training and selling, and developing downstream sales tools to support sales execution.
  • Product Development: Communicate market needs to Global Marketing, conduct continuous product evaluations, and provide feedback to the Global and EMEA Leadership Marketing team.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establish relationships with key thought leaders in the field, identify key Physician champions for the franchise, and develop support structures and relationships with sales representatives and sales management.
  • Planning and Analysis: Maintain product forecast, develop operational product launch strategies, and track financial performance of the product.
  • Quality: Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures, facilitate and champion quality requirements and the message of compliance to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Business, Marketing, or Healthcare studies degree
  • 5+ years' work experience in a Product Manager function or equivalent position
  • Experience working within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical sector is required, additional experience within the Electrophysiology (EP) franchise is an advantage
  • Strong commercial background and proven track record of successful marketing planning and execution resulting in plan achievement
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and customer experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and long-term business planning experience
  • Good clinical understanding
  • Very good project management skills
  • Very good analytical, creative, and out-of-the-box thinking skills are desirable
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Based in one of the following cities (or close to them): Dusseldorf (Germany), Voisins-le-Bretonneux (France), Hemel Hempstead (UK), Milan (Italy), or Madrid (Spain)
