Your Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for our clients, assisting them with their personal and financial goals.
• Market and sell insurance solutions, financial products, and savings plans within a boutique agency setting.
• Provide exceptional customer service while identifying the needs of clients and prospects to meet sales objectives.

Your Contribution:

• Address the needs of potential and existing clients through direct interactions.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in sales and/or insurance, preferably at the bachelor's degree level.
• Demonstrated success in sales roles.
• Desire to work for an organization committed to meaningful endeavors and collective success.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary of €26,000 gross annually (based on experience).
• Profit-sharing and participation in company results.
