We are seeking a highly skilled PR and Communications Coordinator to join our team in Paris, France.
Job Summary:The PR and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with external PR teams, coordinating special projects and events, and acting as a liaison between internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage media and partner requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft, brief, and oversee all writing needs including press releases, pitches, case studies, white papers, and media summaries.
- Track and analyze media coverage to inform future PR campaigns and strategies.
- Oversee PR relationships, handling strategic communications for media outlets and publications.
- Measure PR initiatives and provide regular reporting on their effectiveness.
- Contribute to the global communication plan presentation.
- Plan and staff in-person events such as conferences, speaking engagements, and other public appearances.
- Assist the Marketing team with tradeshow and event planning, ensuring MycoWorks and Reishi are positioned according to communication strategies.
- Manage day-to-day requests from internal and external partners, including coordinating meetings and sharing assets with agency partners, event organizers, and press contacts.
- Graduate of a Business School or University with a Bac +5 level.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a communications and marketing coordinator, preferably in a creative or artistic field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Experience in managing public relations and collaboration with agencies and other external partners.
Full-time, permanent contract with teleworking 1 day/week.
