Job Title: French Sales Engineer

Join Loma Systems as a French Sales Engineer and take on the challenge of driving sales growth in the Northwest region of France.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the Northwest region. As a French Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the agri-food industry in the Northwest region and identify key customer needs and pain points.
  • Create a sales plan and identify new business opportunities in the region.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and present customer proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales in line with the overall sales strategy.
  • Promote the Loma Systems service offering and work closely with the After Sales team to maximize contract revenues.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining price levels and margins.
  • Update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date data for the specified sector.
  • Report competitor activity and market developments to the technical teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience selling equipment in a technical environment.
  • Ability to understand company sales tools, including design guides for metal detectors, checkweighers, and x-ray equipment.
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule and workload.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and good presentation skills.
  • Able to work remotely and independently, with frequent travel required.
  • English language proficiency at B1 level (TOEIC 550-780) minimum.
  • Able to embody Loma's behaviors, including Hands-on, One Team, Positive Mindset, delivering on Commitments, and Taking the initiative.
