Your Mission
As part of the Infrastructure Business Unit, you will join the Platform Services department, which aims to create and implement self-service tools to empower our Research and Development teams. In your role as a core platform engineer, you will collaborate with R&D teams (including developers, product managers, architects, and infrastructure specialists) to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
As a Core Platform Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining a healthy and well-monitored platform.
- Configuring applications and tools around the platform to optimally serve R&D needs through a self-service model.
- Providing architectural insights to assist other R&D members in designing reliable and efficient applications hosted on our platform.

- Argo project tools (argo-cd, argo-rollouts, argo-workflows)

About You
You possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
You have over 3 years of experience in System or Software Engineering, preferably within the web industry.
You are well-versed in DevOps practices.
Your experience includes: Kubernetes administration (CNI), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring and alerting systems.
You have worked with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and GitOps.
You demonstrate an autonomous and innovative mindset.
You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in troubleshooting live incidents and managing incidents.
- Background in software development (Go, Python, or similar).
- Experience working with high-scale infrastructure.
Growth Opportunities
Within your first month, you will complete your onboarding process and likely tackle a few small tasks alongside your peers.
By the fourth month, you will be entrusted with weekly run duty shifts and assigned minor tasks to familiarize yourself with our stacks and processes.
By the ninth month, you will lead critical projects, engage in discussions about our technical architecture, and start proposing future enhancements for our high-scale platform.
