Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Recruitment Department at INSEAD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our degree programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, including managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and tracking campaign performance.
- Market Research: Assist in conducting and analyzing market research findings and making recommendations based on the results.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, blog posts, and other promotional materials.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and build relationships with partners.
- Brand Management: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, and help enforce brand guidelines and standards.
- Project Management: Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience working with global brands.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities; analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions; strong project management and organizational skills.
