Global Consumer Insights Internship Opportunity

Join the Global Luxury Consumer & Marketing Insights department at Coty, one of the world's largest beauty companies, and work with our international teams to drive strategic thinking and day-to-day decision-making.

About the Role

As a Global Consumer Insights Intern, you will split your time between the Luxury Global Analytics and Strategy department and the Luxury Global Skincare insight and strategy department, reporting to both Directors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking performances of Coty Luxury brands and competitors in categories like Premium Fragrances, Skincare & Makeup.
  • Mastering countries & categories dynamics, including North America, Europe, Asia, and Fragrance, makeup, skincare.
  • Understanding competitors' strategies, such as portfolio management, distribution, pricing.
  • Identifying business opportunities and contributing to transversal projects.

Luxury Global Skincare Insight and Strategy Focus

In this role, you will focus on Premium Skincare, suncare, and Body category at a brand level, responsible for:

  • Understanding category dynamics and gathering meaningful consumers and category insights.
  • Supporting category big launches with relevant evaluation plans, methodologies, and insights.
