Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Structured Finance Business Development Manager to join our team in the Structured Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and structuring complex financing transactions, including acquisitions and investments. Your primary mission will be to:
- Origin and structure financing transactions for acquisitions and investments, with a focus on underwriting and arranging deals with BPRI
- Analyze and negotiate financing terms with clients and their advisors, and prepare a Term Sheet outlining the conditions of the financing
- Participate in the preparation of credit notes and present them to the Credit Committee
- Ensure the successful execution of financing transactions, including supervision of credit documentation, animation of the banking pool, and control of conditions precedent
- Syndicate credits and manage client relationships throughout the life of the credit
- Anticipate and manage counterparty risks
- Foster cross-selling opportunities by proposing solutions from the DGEI (cash flow, coverage, etc.)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in finance or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structured finance
- Excellent relationship-building and commercial skills
- Motivation and a strong team spirit
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Good knowledge of financial and legal documentation
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and autonomous skills
