L'industrial Development Engineer pilote les activités suivantes pour les projets : l'industrialisation et le suivi technique, la gestion des flux et de l'organisation des postes, la production et le suivi financier régulier.
ObjectifsL'objectif principal est d'être le support à la production, de piloter les standards et d'être garant de la performance économique.
ResponsabilitésPilotage de la réindustrialisation des produits- Piloter la mise en place de l'organisation industrielle, des moyens et des outils des projets.
- Construire des outils de pilotage des projets, de la structure.
- Animer les revues d'avancement des projets et autres interventions.
- Coordonner les activités conjointes PME/Engineering.
- Coordonner les approvisionnements en collaboration avec la supply Chain.
- Gérer les contraintes industrielles des spécificités des produits.
- Valider les choix techniques.
- Suivre l'élaboration des nomenclatures.
- Suivre la réalisation des macros-gamme et les gammes (GSI), les documents et instructions.
- Suivre les activités via un IMFU.
- S'assurer de l'atteinte des coûts objectifs et de l'optimisation des coûts de la structure.
- Veiller à la disponibilité de la documentation industrielle.
- Veiller à la disponibilité des moyens et des outillages.
- S'assurer que le planning de production soit en ligne avec les attendus.
- Améliorer les moyens et outils de productions (Fiabilisation / EHS).
- Suivre les projets d'investissements (Budgétisation / Suivi des projets / Mise en place / Qualification / Formation).
- Assurer la veille documentaire (mise à jour des procédures, des rapports et des instructions).
- Assurer les formations pratiques et théoriques.
- Participer aux revues de Processus.
- Participer au REX et au design to cost (standardisation des composants).
Diplôme d'ingénieur.e ou équivalent (généraliste, mécanique ou électrotechnique). Profil junior ou avec expérience. Connaissances techniques en ingénierie de fabrication, rédaction d'instructions de travail de fabrication, équilibrage de ligne. Expérience de travail avec un ERP (tel que SAP) pour la nomenclature, le routage, le suivi de la configuration. Connaissances des processus AMDEC, QRQC. Engagez-vous et livrez. Logique et organisé.e.
