To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in a similar supervisory role within the premium segment of hotels, preferably in front office or reservations.
  
• A proven track record of successful team management, with a focus on diversity and inclusivity.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
  
• A solid understanding of reservations processes, with a focus on creative solutions and proactive approaches.
  
• Familiarity with the Adelaide market and experience working with Opera and Resaweb is a plus.
