As the Assistant Director of our childcare center, you will serve as a vital support to the director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the center in the director's absence, including organization and management of the facility.
- Guaranteeing the quality of work performed by your team in the care of children.
- Providing the necessary human and material resources to implement the educational project.
- Fostering the development of children through environmental stimulation and design.
- Respecting the individual pace of each child and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a level III diploma (EJE/IDE/Psychomotorist) and 2-3 years of experience in a childcare setting.
