Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Artelia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale tertiary projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget, time, and quality parameters.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
