Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Multi-technical Affairs Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in Lyon. As part of our expansion, this role will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling multitechnical intervention requests, and collaborating with local operational staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to develop loyalty and drive maintenance activities.
- Intervention Request Handling: Manage multitechnical intervention requests to develop a comprehensive range of skills and services.
- Communication and Coordination: Contact local operational staff involved in the works to qualify requests and determine the degree of urgency.
- Intervention Data Entry: Enter information related to interventions and maintain accurate records.
- Quote Preparation and Coordination: Prepare quotes and coordinate with internal or external service providers for the realization of interventions or works.
- Quote Evaluation and Negotiation: Evaluate and negotiate quotes received from providers and suppliers before placing orders.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including technical and administrative managers, to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in maintenance, electrical engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC engineering, civil engineering (building option), or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Experience in the construction industry in roles such as project manager, manager, or maintenance technician.
- Skills: Good level of computer skills, especially in the Office suite, customer service and accountability oriented, good analytical skills, and technical competencies.
- Communication: Good level of computer skills, especially in the Office suite, and the ability to argue and convince technically.
