About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Butcher Salesperson to join our team at Grand Frais. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality meat products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present meat products to customers, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our meat products, including cuts, prices, and promotions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the meat industry.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
