About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher Salesperson to join our team at Grand Frais. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality meat products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present meat products to customers, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our meat products, including cuts, prices, and promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the meat industry.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
