About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant Associate to join our team at Nextep HR. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and provide financial support to ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a accounting firm or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
