MBway, a leading engineering consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Human Resources department as an apprentice for a 24-month professional training program.
Your Role: Recruitment Focus
This role will primarily focus on recruitment activities (80% of your time), providing you with valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of the process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough job analyses to understand the requirements of each position.
- Crafting compelling job advertisements and posting them across various platforms.
- Screening applications to identify the most promising candidates.
- Conducting initial phone interviews and, if successful, in-person interviews.
- Verifying references to ensure the accuracy of candidate information.
- Guiding new hires through the onboarding process, including paperwork completion and integration into the company culture.
Training Administration (20%)
In addition to recruitment, you will also contribute to the administration of training programs within MBway:
- Managing relationships with training providers and OPCA.
- Coordinating logistics for both internal and external training sessions, including room reservations and participant scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate records in our HRIS system.
Your Profile: A Strong Foundation in Human Resources
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Economics/Management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
