About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investigation Specialist with fluent German language skills to join our team at Amazon TA. As an Investigation Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating transactions and safeguarding our global customer base, profitability, and brand while maintaining a high bar of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate fraud patterns and trends to minimize risk.
  • Communicate effectively with buyers, merchants, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Enforce Amazon's Policy Guidelines to maintain site quality.
  • Take appropriate action based on established procedures and document those actions.
  • Participate in special projects and collaborate with business teams as needed.
  • Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in both English and German with excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous work experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of or experience in a fraud/risk management environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
