Job Description

CHR d'Orléans is seeking a highly skilled Operational Management Controller to join its Finance Department.

The Financial Performance Analysis team, consisting of 6 members, plays a crucial role in providing strategic insights to the organization's management. As a key partner to other teams, the team contributes to the development of projects that support patient care and the overall performance of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial performance dashboards and indicators to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure the effective implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Participate in the development of business cases and proposals to support strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and planning.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Business Object.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or knowledge of its financial aspects is highly desirable.
