Central Cashier

About the Role

As a Central Cashier at Grand Frais, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany our teams in welcoming clients, using your best smile and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the day
• Form our cash teams on product knowledge, so Chayotte and Gombo are no longer secrets to them
• Supplement your Cashier Manager punctually
• Guarantee the fluidity of the cash register, participating regularly in the collection of our clients and avoiding congestion
• Ensure the reliable collection of each of our clients by our cash hosts, in accordance with procedures
• Ensure the reliability of financial flows: you manage
• Interact with our clients on products and promotions of the best market
• Guarantee that the entire store and its exterior are as shiny as our products
• Be vigilant to ensure the security of goods and people and the proper functioning of common equipment

Requirements

• Today you have: the irresistible desire to cultivate your talent through your leadership experience within your team
• The ability to manage multiple missions simultaneously, applying the company's rules
• Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
• Rigour and sense of responsibility that allows you to be exemplary
