About the Role
Boston Consulting Group is a leading management consulting firm that partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. As a member of our Principal Investors and Private Equity practice area, you will be at the core of the Paris PIPE team, collaborating on challenging projects with team members from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver due diligence and portfolio company value creation projects for leading private equity clients
- Lead the day-to-day execution of consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
- Lead client presentations and meetings, working jointly with BCG and client project teams to bring expertise to the team and to the client on site
- Provide intellectual leadership for the project teams, generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide research and analysis
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with a leading strategy consulting firm, investment firm/fund, transaction services or corporate strategy/M&A
- Experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships, networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
- Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams, passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations
- Collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards, and experience in international work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, strong presence and leadership skills
