**Job Description for IT Infrastructure Technician**

MyJobCompany is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network devices and servers.
  • Monitor and manage backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
  • Manage and maintain our WSUS and SCCM servers.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network devices, and backup systems.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as GLPI, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
